Because there was a big crowd already inside before I walked in, I wasn't quite attended to even when crowd got smaller and practically disappeared. 🤷‍♀️ Either this location has changed over the years 😒 or it just wasn't my day last Friday early afternoon. I was standing patiently over a countertop, isn't it obvious? Long story short, I just walked out after lack of attention/assistance. Thanks for your business over the years though.

What a great experience! Travel to Chicago from Delaware / Pennsylvania for business , need some tools and was taken to Ezpawn. The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jimmy and Floyd the two managers were very attentive to our need. The store is clean and the layout is well made. They have section for everything you need We found everything that we need and I end up scoring a brand new Bluetooth jbl speaker at 2/3 the cost. I have no word of how great of the service we receive.I definitely recommend that place for any one that is looking for great items and nice customer service.
