I am rating this based on the responses you are giving even if they are negative, you are not brushing aside and Dismissing the customers who had negative experiences! Also I beleive in providing and serving my community and volunteering and try to make lives of others a little better with my acts and knowledge. I have 2 questions: do you do Ink card finger prints? And do you do a discount/ free for Indian Health Services Health care worker where I would be working on hospital on reservation? My boss called the IHS office here in Reno where I could have gone and done it for Free but their machine is broken, and other places she called for me either they are electronic and Reno sheriff's department here can't do it tomorrow and I need it Urgently today right away to send it to IHS headquarters in Maryland.

SCAM ALERT call around to the other fingerprinting locations in Reno - this place tried to charge me $80 for my gaming license - found a place $20 cheaper. been to this place a few times. the lady who let me know shes the vice president is on her high horse. also its so dusty that i couldnt stop coughing. edit: your response says everything one needs to know about this place - unprofessional and greedy

Make sure you know what you need before you walk in. Clarify multiple times you are getting what your really need and/or want. Cause if you don't you will have to pay double. Super sad, cause they are quick, efficient and pleasant. Just not well trained.

I never have an issue going to this place. The last time i went was about 3 years ago according to my google maps & i was treated well. Anyhow, i was serviced by Gabby Chavez and i just wanted to recognize her well mannered and positive professional demeanor with everyone she handled so gently but quickly and thoroughly. I really enjoyed her vibe and how nice, sweet and helpful she was but most of all her quickness! She is awesome and i appreciated her so much today! Walk in, walk out!
