I met with Kay after my son had a tongue tie revision. She taught me mouth exercises to help him learn to use his tongue mobility. I saw Kay and Naomi at milk diva after a long and grueling 11 weeks of triple feeding and working with 6 different lactation consultants either in person or virtually (not including LC support in hospital). Save your time and your sanity and go see these lovely ladies first. Kay was able to get us off the triple feeding routine in just over a week with exercises to do with our little guy who had a moderate tie. Both Kay and Naomi (we saw both) were wonderful to work with, thorough, encouraging and truly focused on what was best for the whole situation.
