Not responsible at all. They give you an "estimated time" to pickup your order and don't show up at that time so people leave, then you have to wait a week for them to come back. The rude, unprofessional and with little education receptionist answers when you call to soon after hang up the phone on you. WE DO ALSO HAVE THINGS TO DO SO WE CANNOT WAIT ALL DAY FOR YOU (To the receptionist).
