Nothing against Auto zone but at this location I arrived 10 min befour closing and was told they were closed. Why do stores do this. It wasnt actually closing time. Could of been an emergency purchase!

This is a nice store But the main problem is when you want to pay. There are not experienced employees at the cashiers Always you wait along time to pay One person is in the computer and another is always watching or trying to lean how to work . A young kid after 15 almost 20 minutes waiting finally it was my turn to pay He charged me the right amount but he gave me the wrong change $10 less than he was supposed to. This is how inexperienced the employees are. Just saying Employees need to be trained and be more efficient specially when there are many customers waiting to pay.

Try auto zone corporate human resources thru the web For serious matters as a last resort Public Relations ..but be professional about the matter. This info is rarely available on most consumer websites.
