I always walk 10min instead of close by coffee place to get a cup of coffee from here. Something different today, I ordered Caramel macchiato, I see the person who make coffee put a large amount of caramel on top. The coffee is always good here but I don’t why today’s evening one is super unprofessional. Only one person work, wait for a long time to order and not too long get my coffee, just warm, the milk is not even hot inside.

Rude staff. I understand that if I go to a café I need to order but I entered this café and just had a little bit of work to do before so I took my time getting settled. I’m sure it was no more than 10 minutes of me being in this café and one of the staff members came up to me with a mean look on her face to asked me if I would like to order… I have never had this experience at any other café before. Other cafés usually let me take my time and order when I am ready. I’m sure the café isn’t so bougie or so desperate for money that they can’t risk me taking 10 minutes to get situated before placing an order. I politely said I was going to order and continue to do my work. At this point, I was debating on leaving because I just felt it was so out of place for the staff member to do that to me. Probably another 10 minutes go by which I understand at this point I should’ve ordered but I didn’t. The staff member came up to me again with the same mean look on her face and asked me if I wanted to order. I said yes and decided to order some thing. Just a bubble tea and the staff member was so cold when I pulled out my debit card she just told me that there was a $10 minimum to use my card. I didn’t have cash on me so I had to get a pastry so I could use it… n both the tea and the pastry wasn’t anything special… Communicating with the staff member was so hard because she was so cold and not friendly at all towards me. I always go back to cafés that have friendly staff that give great customer service even if their food is bad but this place… never again! Nice looking place but its nothing if the staff members are rude.

Been here three times and I learned that I don’t like comping here. Some of my reasons are the following. 1. The food is mid. You can certainly get this food somewhere else for better quality and better price. 2. It’s always filled with people who love to “camp out” majority are the older people that play music/phone out loud. 3. For some reason they took almost 20mins to get my order done. I feel like if I didn’t tell them where my drink was at they wouldn’t have given it to me. Everyone who ordered after me and before got there orders. Got really irritated by this. Probably won’t be coming here anymore.

I really like the ambiance and their coffee to enjoy conversations with my friends. If you order cortado, be aware that they put extra milk (like cappuccino). I always order with much less milk. The pastries are not their strength. They are rather dry.

Grammatically in Italian its incorrect. Literally it means well cafe'. The bene should be buono = good.
