Beautiful building and great ambience. Perfect location for a family lunch. All the food comes with breadsticks and soup or salad which are very generous portions and yummy! The drinks are always great and kids menu is perfect with delicious pizza and pasta and smoothies. The service is great and this particular location in Schaumburg in Chicago was fantastic !

Trashy. Tables feel greasy and the chairs are sticky to touch. None of the food is actually cooked at the restaurant. That's the corporate model. All ingredients get delivered to the kitchen precooked and prepackaged. The cooks just throw it on the pan and add some sauce. Maybe that's why their food tastes like frozen meals. Nothing tastes like real Italian food. My server was "in his own world" and looked lost and lazy, but kept coming to me asking how everything is just when I had a fork in my mouth. Speaking of forks... Those hideous three prong forks and other silverware had not changed in over 20 years. My cappuccino had 1/4 cup of coffee and 3/4 cup of milk foam and tiramisu was frozen. Thought that maybe something changed in this pitiful place in the course of years, but nope... Not coming here again. Schaumburg needs to start promoting small businesses instead of holding on to the corporate chains serving garbage.

Going back after a long while. Really enjoyed the food, service and experience on Mother's Day. Waitlisted on their website so we had no waiting at the restaurant. Our server was super nice and friendly.

Not sure. Sure website should show which forms of pymt they accept or call them
I'm know the one in Arlington hts does but, it's on the small side. Wouldn't want a big event there, (say over 20-30 ppl.... & 30's pushing it). So, seeing they're all pretty much the same, in design, I'm sure the Schaumburg one does as well... It might even be a little bigger. I'd call & see how many ppl they would suggest is the max (comfortably) for their room. Hope that helps!
Yes they do. But I highly recommend calling in for a reservation, depending on how big the group is. So that way the wait is short.
They have a eggplant parmesan that's not bad all of their pasta you'd want the marinara sauce not the meat sauce alfredo sauce would be good also you could also ask them to make you any of the pasta with any of the vegetables that they have and then have the salad or the minestrone soup I don't think have meat in it I'm not sure I can't remember no it does not have meat in it enjoy
Probably. Just ask the person who brings the food out to you
Call the restaurant and ask. Or call Amex as they do have options to address the discrepancy.
