Guidon has done a great job developing their property. They have their own kitchen where their chefs prepare a selection of traditional German/American fare. The food is delicious! My friend and I stopped by today on our quest to sample all of the breweries in our area. Of the 20 plus on our list, Guidon is a keeper and we will definitely return with friends and family. The beers are genuine German craft and the warmed soft pretzels with dipping sauce made my day. Nice seating outdoors with unobtrusive classic rock rounds out a great experience!

I feel this place is a little over rated. The Heffer was good, but the "amazing" soft pretzel was just okay. A much older crowd than I would expect at a brewery. I think the average age was over 65 and my wife is 39 and I'm 43. The property and lay out is cool, but please do something with the smell near the bathrooms and kitchen. The Bartend looked annoyed when we wanted to try 2 or 3 samples before we ordered, all head in the sample so, we tasted head. I'm torn between a 3 and 4. Let see if the owner replies to this review. Update: Thank you for the response, being one generation from from full blown German myself, I love enjoying a good Heffer. I have updated this to a 4 star review.
