Dr Shawn Moore rocks! He and his PA Brian Johnson have fixed my entire cervical area! They are always a pleasure to see and they really know what they are doing. 💗💗💗 Well, Dr Moore left the practice within a couple of weeks of my surgery. Supposedly he moved back to Florida. I was very disappointed and APC would not give me his forwarding contact info… I can go to Florida to work with someone who is talented and trustworthy when it comes to my spine! After the doctors exit, I went back for a second follow up, I felt like I was just a frog on a dissection tray. Instead of really looking into my issue thoroughly; I was told it was something they had not seen before. But, some gadget implant surgery (10’s machine) MIGHT FIX IT!?! Seems a little hasty and an improper approach. Research, non-invasive treatment, etc. should come first…

Doctor came in fast, and left even faster. Hardly evaluated me, seemed in a major rush. Hardly made eye contact, didn’t acknowledge what I said. He already had a plan made up in his head before he even saw me. After appointment was finished he never said I could leave he just walked out. Dr Michaud. I sat there for 20 minutes, typically they tell you all finished or a nurse let’s you know your finished. Awkwardly walked to hall way confused. Was about 5 nurses standing in circle talking and laughing. I had to ask them what do I do now. Once I walked to front desk I was expected to memorize all the criteria doctor told me. Front desk didn’t hardly know either. I left with a sticky note that was hardly readable about procedures etc. lame experience

After 7 years they terminated me, because of a rude nurse. I'm very sick and take 10 medications, both my doctors are here. Dr Michaud personally terminated my contract. Leaving me very stressed out and scared. Don't they realize that we are in pain and suffer mental health wise also. They didn't even call me in to talk to me. I had a procedure coming up also. They've gotten so big that we don't see the doctors anymore, the little people don't matter, just money. The nurse was very rude and then called me at home ... How did she get to do that??? Dr Malone should know how badly this went. I'm so upset.

When will they be accepting medicaid with superior insurance?

I know they accept Medicaid don't know why not superior. If it's superior their not taking can you switch to blue cross blue shield or another they do take with medicaid? I see this is 2 yes old might want to check again love
