If I could give this a 10 star, I would give it 11! The room was clean, spacious and ready early to accommodate us. All 3 features of the pool area were warm and inviting, you couldn't get our kids out! The staff was friendly and professional from the moment we booked and called with questions to the moment we left, including our requests for assistance a few times. The location is also perfect because it is literally minutes away from all of the Lake attractions you want and also minutes from regular shopping in case you want things for your room. We WILL be back.

Nice size suite with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was a little mixup between the hotel and a third party booking site, but they took care of it pretty quickly and got us a room in spite of being very busy. Being 4 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, makes it very convenient and a litte less expensive

Great service upon check in and check out. The lady at the front desk recommended a great restaurant for us an it was so good. She checked us in an I hate I can't remember her name. But she directed us to Next door pub an it was a hit. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a whirlpool suite and will request that room again when we come back. Rom 205 was right next to the elevator an the clubhouse so we had no neighbors on either wall.

My husband and I had a delightful stay during our Valentine’s Day weekend celebration. The room layout/furnishings/accessories were ideal for us, meeting all of our needs…. Even the placement of outlets, chairs, towels, seating. Every feature seem to be very well thought out, successfully meeting the needs, convenience, and comfort of their guests! The women at the front desk were very friendly, also, as were the housekeeping staff. We were very pleased and will definitely return!
