The price for a weekly rate is fair; but you can’t depend on the housekeeping being done! I’ve been here since August 2nd; & I’ve had to contact the front desk once or twice a week to get fresh towels and shampoo. My trash hasn’t been picked up in 3 days!

Pool was not kept up. Room nice. No breakfast or lobby entrance. The staff I dealt with was very helpful.

This is a clean, low cost place to sleep. TV, microwave, fridge. No other services. No noise. Convenient location.

No. They don't have a monthly rate.
They allow some pets.. Best to call for exact rules. I have seen/heard several small dogs there.
