Haven’t had Steak ‘n Shake in a while! The food was very good. The vanilla milkshake was very good!

Food was really good the service was almost non-existent due to only being able to order on a screen and a good amount of tables were sitting around dirty but it has a lot of potential

Placed an order online, location was closed due to an oil spill, can't get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Won't be back. Good thing the whole crew was outside smoking.

We were the only people there at dinner time, and more than half the tables were dirty. You have to order at a computer kiosk and they print a receipt, which is why we were surprised when two out of our five meals were incorrect (no bacon when we paid the extra $2, cheese on all burgers when one was ordered without, no milkshake when we upgraded from the regular drink, forgot the extra fry dips we bought too). The food itself wasn’t bad, but the drink area was super sticky and overall the restaurant lacked cleanliness- again we were the only customers and the drive thru was completely empty as well. There are a bunch of places to eat on this street so we wouldn’t come back.
