It was a nice stay. This hotel is huge and has quite a few amenities, most of which we didn’t use or weren’t currently open. I haven’t spent much time in WI, but I can see that this could be a great place to spend some time.

I have stayed here a few times in the past. My stay in April 2022 found the hotel just a bit underwhelming. The room was clean, but with a strange smell. I had a four night stay, and after the 1st night was tempted to ask for a different room because the bed/mattress was terrible. The sheets were clean, the pillows were plentiful. The chairs sank to low when you tried to relax with a drink or a snack. Sitting on the bed was not comfortable. Free coffee in the morning and some complimentary fruit in a bowl. I'm not going to rush back --- front desk staff was hit or miss. Some good, some non-responsive.

The first room we were given was never cleaned so we asked for another one. Second one seemed fine but realized it didn't have heat in the middle of the night when there was no controls for the fan unit and the controls that were there were not secured in the box so anyone with small children would have to be mindful of exposed wires. The pool area was messy and my son said the hot tub was green with some slimy things floating in it. We were told by the morning check out person they would make adjustments to our bill but that never happened. My husband is an elite member of IHG and he received nothing. It was horrible.

Was there for a wedding Feb 19th 2022. Dinner was at 7pm. We got there at 6:45 p.m. Main bar was out of beer already. Buffet was terrible tasting. Pasta was dry, baked chicken was not good. Overall terrible would not recommend for a wedding..
