Beware!!! This whole setup of middlesex management for all apartments is a scam, they have poorest management my apartment got into watterclogging with comode water 3 times in 1 year and that smell did not go for months. I got into heating and cooling issues everyother day. And at last when I asked I want to vacate they told me to vacate in 3 days, Is it even possible to find a place lease and vacate in 3 days. Then I gave them notice one and a half month back of lease expiration but they came up with you gave verbal notice to rental office but not written to leasing office , I raise dispute but they never responded to that even. So Beware.

The parking of buildings 11 , 12 and 13 are now a smoker joint .. cars come-in.park ..smoke..exchange & drugs..not a safe place for kids and family looks like there is some distributor in building 11 ...dealings done in the car

I lived here for 2 years and then moved due to job relocation.Like every place it has pros and cons. Rooms are very spacious which you will not get easily .Beauty of this place is it's location walkable distance mall ,Panera, Wegmans etc and connectivity to metropark station . Like other places walls are paper thin so you can easily hear if people are shouting or even bathroom flush sound. Roaches are the biggest problem here..no matter what you do they will come. I never got any maintenance issue..I really appreciate them for this ..all problems were resolved same day or next day and this all was because of maintenance gentleman Mr Kasper..truely appreciate how much he is dedicated towards his work. When I left after a month I got bill of around 900 dollars but when I emailed them in detail that it wasn't newly renovated house and issues were before the time we came ..just imagine what they refunded money with deduction of only 150 dollar which was reasonable .I really wants to say thanks to them for this. People lives here mainly because of good rating of school and it's location.

Beautiful condos. Great location. Close to Woodbridge Mall and Wegmans Supermarket. Easy to go to North, South NJ from GSP and Turnpike. 30 minutes drive to NYC. Or 40 minutes by NJ Transit train.
