Oh man! This is an awesome park! Highly recommend! Fun, wooden playgrounds, with a creek weaving in between several different play areas. There bridges to cross, rocks to throw, splashing and wading in the icy mountain water! I can't think of a better playground!

My husband rides his bike there and we hiked there and had a lovely time.
While I'm unsure if it can be rented, I have seen it marked as 'reserved' for a party in the past. However, I tried to visit the park yesterday and all of the entrances were taped off. There was a sign that said it is closed 'indefinitely'. There was not any indication of when they will reopen it.
No, but many people will take their dogs off their leash in the nearby tennis courts if no one is playing.
