This place is a joke. Got an Appointment for my 4 months old baby at 11:30am today. Is about to be 1:00 pm and I still waiting with my baby. Last time was the same thing. One time I even had to wait for the nurse cuz she wasn't even there yet. Last time we go to this place.

Hispanic receptionist with black hair and glasses was the opposite of a delight. My mom and I talked to her kindly while she gave an attitude from the start. We had asked for an appointment atleast 2 weeks from now so my mom could ask off from work and she gave us one for a week from now. We obviously said something and she annoyed at how she had to change the appointment date. She then ripped the appointment card in half dramatically when she could’ve easily just thrown it away. This is no way to act in such a professional environment. Especially one where you’re supposed to feel welcomed. She then rolled her eyes when my mom said what time she wanted her appointment to be. It’s sad to think that I at 16 years old have better manners than an older lady. If you can go somewhere else, DO!
