oh, I just loved my breakfast ...Kelly, was an excellent server...the price was right..and I saved room for dessert which was grand...I'll be coming bk soon to visit...made many visits since 1st post..all excellent including yesterday ..Kristen was my server and a truly fine job she did...folks, food is very good..priced right..and the atmosphere is very welcoming...something you don't find everywhere.

Don't be put out by the appearance. This place will take you back in time. The food and portions were just right. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely will be eating there abain.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants in the area for many years, but I dont get to come as often anymore. I was looking forward to the food when my wife mentioned going for dinner this evening. We got there and upon entering, there is a sign that says "Please Wait To Be Seated". So, my wife, daughter, and I waited. I noticed that a server was closing down the salad bar even though they didn't close for almost an hour. I was kinda bummed about that, but whatever. The woman comes up to us and says "Can I help you?" Like we were somewhere we shouldn't be. My wife asked and confirmed that they were indeed open until 9. We were somewhat put off by our greeting, but we took a seat and waited. There was a lot going on the whole time we were there, people were cleaning everything. If there was any music, it couldn't be heard over the sound of the vacuum running. My food was good, but then again, it's pretty hard to mess up a burger and fries. My wife asked if I wanted to try her mashed potatoes and to my horror, they were cold. And I don't mean lukewarm, I mean COLD like out of the refrigerator! Our server only came to the table once, early in the meal to refill our drinks. That was the only time we saw her the whole meal, because she was vacuuming and cleaning in the next room. When she came back within earshot, my wife asked for a manager and got her meal taken off the bill and she offered to give us dessert. I was happy they wanted to make things right. But when we went to pay, the manager made a rather rude comment to my wife and said we should have mentioned our issue during one of our servers "several" visits to our table. She only came by once. So that was uncalled for. Also, I don't think they should be allowed to cause so much noise vacuuming if customers are still in the restaurant. That, coupled with the attitudes of the people there, tend to make you feel very unwelcome. I don't think I'll be back, sadly. My family doesn't have the money to spend on mediocre service and cold food. Rather disappointed with how this business has gone downhill.
