The prices here are either the same or cheaper than Amazon. You can't beat the customer service of this family owned and operated business. They had exactly what we needed in stock and were glad to answer any questions myself or my kids had. This will definitely be my goto in the future for all our pool supply needs. Lastly, They Do Have a Veterans Discount and it's also available for some other first responder and public service roles. This was one of my best customer service and shopping experiences in quite a while. A+.

My husband and I contacted this company for a new liner install. Lydia and 2 men came out last September 2021 and measured our inground pool. Told us to have all of the water drained prior to their arrival. I was then told my Lydia to select my liner choice and email it over, they would then order the liner and put us on the schedule for a March 2022 install date. December 2021 I started calling to make sure the liner got ordered.. Left numerous voicemails for somebody to call me back and never got any response till late march 2022. I was then told that the price went frim 3500 on the high end to now 5500 for the liner and install. And the liner was mever ordered. After several conversations and emails I was contacyed FINALLY by the owner Carolyn who sent me an email stating due to weather and time they can no longer install our liner. This is unacceptable. We would have called other companies had we known this was going to be the outcome. Would not recommend this company. All we were told was LIES!

Got our pool measurements for this company in July or August of 2021 had them tell us they were ordered I liner and was going to have it installed until they started giving us the run around last month that they have added 2000 on price witch I understand prices go up but now they can not even come and install it after they had told us to have the pool drained before they got there to measure now finding out that pool should not have been drained may have caused more damage and will not even get the liner or install
