Dellwood Gardens is a wonderful rental community. I enjoy living here. Good neighbours and very quiet. Keep your eyes open, for in the evenings we have four deer in our neighbourhood who come to visit. Arare occurance within the city limits

It's nice and the rent is very reasonable however you can't have pets or kids. I don't know if they except section 8. I imagine that they would as long as they got their rent but I'm not sure.
I don't know if they do. Go by the office. I just work out there. Rent is cheap. I think one bedroom is $450.00. The office is only open 8-12. I think that they do have a few vacant.
