Horrible experience. Technician clearly was not experienced. Eye was glued shut for several minutes. Left with two completely different sets of lashes. Front desk tried to over charge me. Had to go back later in the day because everyone confirmed the service I received was not up to par and my lashes looked over two weeks old when they were only an hour old !!! Next technician who fixes lashes pounds the membership down my throat after repeatedly telling her I wasn’t interested. No compensation or credit was given for their error. I had to bring my teenager with me because it was now my second time there in a day after school. I was told my child couldn’t sit in room with me , but the owner or managers child running in the hallways in the back was fine. Save yourself a headache. don’t go here

I went to visit this salon for a lash refill. I am from out of state and was traveling so I figured it would be best to have them refilled at your location instead of waiting until I got back home and would most certainly need a full set by then. When I arrived I was almost immediately turned away. She asked if I was looking to get the same thing and I said yes, but I did need them to be a little shorter in the middle of my eyes. She told them that she is only allotted a certain amount of lashes per day, and because of this I would need a full set, which she could not do. I could not understand why I would need a full set of lashes because I needed a few shorter ones. I was on day 13 of my my current lashes. I asked if they could call and speak with my home salon and they said no all they could do was call their manager. The lash artist went into a back room and called her manager and came back out to let me know I would be charged for a full set no matter what and that they could not provide those services to me. So I left. I called my home salon and they could not understand why your salon did not call and speak with them and I should not have been turned away. So I then called your salon back and your lash artist RUDELY said “you have zero lashes on”. Please see the attached picture of said “zero” lashes. I honestly would not have written this review if it was not for that comment. Your salon employees lack empathy and professionalism and I would never recommend anyone to visit your location. Luckily I found a local salon that was able to take me in and complete a lash refill until I make the 15 hour drive back to my home location.

I see Lindsey...she's lovely and consistent. Prices are high but that seems to be the going rate... staff is nice and pleasant. Facility is clean.

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Yes! We have many options for voluminous lashes. We offer our Amazing Volume Classic 3D, 6D, featherweight, and hybrid volume eyelash extensions. Our lash stylists will work with you to give you the perfect dramatic lash look.
To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
