They didn't have the part my hubby needed. They ordered it and it was timely, only minus is they didn't call us when the part came in as we had called earlier to check. Will do business with them again. The old dude there is nice

Not many people in the store and masks

the manager sent out a young female in her early 20s to switch my battery. Which is fine seeing that it is in her job description to do so but it started raining and she was having a hard time I had to debate with him about why he should help her.

Well, I guess anytime a customer feels that they are not getting the level of service that was promised and/or paid for, it is their right to advise management and there should be no debate. In my humble opinion.....
