Every time I come here there’s an issue. This place never has the right information. You have to call and confirm your prescription or else it will never be found. Worst customer service. No one knows anything.

I tried contacting Marg Patel, listed as CEO . He left Medly in August. It appears there is no one running the business. How are others getting their meds? Mine is a specialty drug, not carried by most pharmacies.

When will my prescription be ready, it’s been over two months and my full prescription has not been filled. When I call no representative answers. I have left my number for a call back and no one calls me back. I need my medication. Please call me.
