Extremely substandard service. You can say what ever you want about Jimmy Hoffa, but if a members widow's benefits had been cut off for any reason by mistake. Mr Hoffa would have rectified it with out making people jump through hoops. I am saddened by the blatant misinformation that this office partakes in. At the time of this posting alot of leeway was given due to the Covid19 virus & shutdown. A lot of leeway. We get enough misinformation from the White House, now every one ? Shame on the pension department. Refuse to admit they made a mistake, and wants me to jump through hoops to fix it. My conversation ended with a supervisor screaming into my ear to "Eff Off" but they didn't use Eff.before hanging up. Thank you Pension department, oh wait..
