First time for me, the place is well organized, a computer to tell you whether or not they have your car and where. good fair prices. a large sink to clean your hands afterward. Everyone was very friendly except the bearded gentleman . my wheel barrel had more than $300 worth of parts.. amongst them were 2 small rubber trim pieces belonged to a different car and wasn't sure if they fit.... so I asked this guy if my girlfriend can step outside to the car and see if the parts fit while I wait inside, he refused to let her step out before she pays for them.... they were a $1 each.... all and all a very good experience, but the bearded guy needs to take it down a notch.... not everyone is a thief and should not be treated as such.

The customer service there is Awesome! Go here if you want great service….. Tim / Production Manager and Rob / Retail Manager service was outstanding they did not let me leave without everything that I needed. They really went above and beyond their scope of duties. This team knows just what customer service means.

Rob the sales manager was very helpful. He used the Fork truck to help me remove the motor and carried it to the load cell. Loaded on my truck really well. I'm impressed with PAP Charlotte employees Got a real good deal on a four-cylinder engine. Upgraded to 120 day warranty. Keep my fingers crossed everything works well.
