I went here last night and had the craziest experience I've ever had at any fast food spot. When I went to the speaker no one answered. I decided to move to the next window and the girl there told me "We closed the store because our manger wants to play with our money and hours" . As I pulled off she yell at another person at the speaker to pull up(from the window). All of this while she was on the phone with someone else laughing about the situation. Easily the most unprofessional place I've ever been.

Loved the drive thru guy he was fast and friendly and keep my wife and I laughing till the food came. Made the waiting time not matter 😅🍔🌯🌮🥤

Morning employee have the nastiest attitude ever. My food was soggy. This place need to be shut down. They don’t value they client they. And they are not happy when you order more than 3 orders. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I love jack in the box foods but after this experience this will be my last time eating it. The workers gave my nightmares about the way they presented and served my foods.

Waited 30 minutes they were out of regular fries, got the wrong cheese on my sandwich, asked for ketchup , there wasn't any in the bag nor was there a straw for my soda and there weren't any napkins in the bag. There was definitely a communication barrier, the order taker tried to finish sentences before I could get the words out and talked extremely fast!
