Absolutely hands down the worst establishment and management around. They management is nothing short of unprofessional and rude. The building is poorly built and mold grows all over your belongings, they could careless about your health and well-being. If you like your packages stolen and your belonging stolen it’s a great location! Lots of thieves in the building. The halls and building always smell like weed.

This is a great building to reside in. Staff and management are really great to work with. The views of the beach are stunning and the property is well kept. Super clean and quiet. "ACE" who is the building superintendent is very knowledgable and easy to speak with and there to tend to your needs. You should feel fortunate to reside in this building.

This building is absolutely terrible. My daughter has been in this building for over a year and they already went through 3 property managers in that time span. I spoke with the newest property manager recently and she barely let me voice my opinion on the phone then proceeded to hang up on me. I do not recommend anyone with a family live in this building let alone anyone who works really hard to pay the rent for this god awful place. You can’t have your ac lower than 70 degrees. Beware as they try to fool you with the beautiful location. Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance because the inside (management) is terrible.
