Room was really small. Bed was comfortable but extremely high...Air Conditioner made a odd noise all night. The one switch in bathroom for light and fan was aggravating... thank you for having us.

Need to update your website related to breakfast. I understand precautions need to be in place with pandemic. But, your website pictures fruit, coffee, and bagel/ Danish. Coffee pot was empty often, prepackaged Danish behind the check in desk was not advertised. Don't know what type of " weekly rotating schedule " there is with prepackaged Danish. Bed was on platform with dust ruffle that was just that, dusty. Bed was so high both husband ( age 79 with COPD) and myself had a hard time getting into bed. Requested and was told would have room on first floor when made reservations. We were on second floor. Most of the staff were pleasant. One of the ladies at front desk was very curt. I believe the rooms were overpriced.

Everything was ok. But there is no elevator, no breakfast set out for the morning. The beds are so high, I had a very hard time getting into the bed plus it to soft. The rooms are very clean.

BEWARE!!!! Woke up to get a shower, no hot water or water pressure... went to check out, desk person told me to call the manager the following day as she was out... called 5x, left messages, finally got a call back, 9, yes 9 days later... the manager said it was an emergency and that there was nothing they could do... unfortunately they are the only hotel in town....AVOID and go to a different exit and find a better place to stay!!! NO FINANCIAL CREDIT WAS GIVEN, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER....
