This place is awful to staff or residents. The office staff is very unprofessional and creates a hostile work environment. The type of micro management at The Oaks is awful. Even the dishwasher is a cook at times. The turn over rate is extremely high and no one even bother to see why. Retaliation is at an all time high. When a resident fall it's not reported either. I can guarantee if the company does an exit interview, they will find out aabout what's going behind closed doors. If you have to addresss an issue the human resources the whole building will know. Do a private survey and see what you will get from residents and staff and you will learn a lot about your company the books around the facilty is not being done correctly. If the state ever pops up, you will be in very hot water.

3 different management groups in 3 years, major security flaws, a constant flow of staff changes, no direct line to memory care unit, safety issues…… the facade diminishes very quickly if you visit regularly.These photos were taken in the memory care unit on a Sunday with no hallway railing and the outlets and switches with no covers replaced prior to the painters leaving for the weekend. I seemed to be the only person concerned. To emphasize my review, notice how the majority of positives are 3 years ago. The response to my review is a typical canned reply. The bottom line is, if you truly care for a loved one, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE !
