Under new management 2022 and they harass tenants until management is proven incorrect and are actually proven in error. No need to treat people that way these days. Management needs to learn managing before accusations are cast. Apologies are not accepted under that stress.

I have lived here for a year and a half and highly recommend Revere @ Lake Wylie! It’s clean and the staff are always so nice and helpful! Maintenance is fantastic as they are always prompt if you have an issue! The grounds are kept up and always look beautiful! The rates are very comparable to other apartment complexes in the area! I am very happy this is my home and I plan on staying here for a very long time!! I am not sure why there are so many complaints about the walls being thin! I hardly hear anything in the apartment home that I have been living in! I am from Ohio and I was extremely nervous on picking THE best apartment to live in! I feel very much at home here!
