Impossible to get in touch with a human at the office. Radiology orders aren’t processed in a timely manner. Prescriptions (for NSAIDS- not Narcotics) aren’t called in and their phone system is a maze of confusion designed to make you hang up in frustration.

Worst experience ever. I came to my appointment and the secretary took time to find my information and they told me that I was late so they were unavailable to see me. I wasn’t late so I asked for an office manager. After everyone gives me attitude this white lady came very rude and told me that I was late . I tried to explain her and she told me that to leave o she will call the police on my. Dr Sofianos don’t care about patients and the personal here treats me like a piece of trash. Why, because I’m Hispanic?? Very raciest this people. If you have a medical problem orthopedic wise this is the worst place. If you want to be treated like trash then.. you can come here. Very disappointed, very upset. This days people still have a raciest and ignorant attitude. Your degree don’t means that you have values.

The two ladies in the front office is great but the doctor that we seen was rude just because your a doctor don't give you the right to talk down to people
