Truly the only reason they’re even getting 2 stars is because I have had good experiences over the years, but you know what they say about a bad experience… we paid $40 for 2 breakfast meals with sides and picked it up to go, with a 10% tip. We got home and Literally HALF of our food was missing. Their phone was conveniently off the hook so We had to drive another 20 minutes back. Just to get the full picture, we didn’t get 2 sausage biscuits, 3 eggs, 2 sausage, 3 pieces of bacon (out of 2 meals). By the time we got there they said sorry and offered to fix the missing food. Hmm considering this is now an hour later and the part we did get is cold, no thanks. Then they had to figure out how to issue a refund. 30 min later we left still hungry, no food, and an apology. For the extreme inconvenience you would think someone would have said I’m sorry here’s a coupon, or “Here’s your original order and a refund.” Or even “here’s the food you guys returned. You can have it back”
