After waiting 25 minutes in drive-thru line because there was no other way to get around cars. I was given three empty taco shells. Had to go inside to return them and wait another 25 minutes to get something I didn't order Fed up I just took what they gave me it would have taken even longer to get a refund. Stay away

Very slow. It took approximately 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to the short line to picking up my food. Then the order was completely wrong. In fact I threw part of it away once it got to the hotel.

Always a big line and not the best service experience. Went in for dine in recently and wasn’t given any sauce, and the food wasn’t hot. Will probably be back again because it’s Taco Bell
