They may. You could call to make sure. Their animal inventory changes over time, so best to check before going.
Last time I call and they have one day a week for triming cat,so they don't have a problem with the dogs but to make sure give them a call

Pretty sure they don't sell chickens or chicken hawks. I don't work there but I've been going there forever and never seen a bird larger than a parakeet.
They may sell rabbits because I saw Guinea pigs and hamsters. However, I didn't see any at the time of my visit.

It varies, I would suggest you wait for an adoption event. But it shouldn't be over $100 from what I've seen in the past.

Not sure but if you take them to the Petco vaccination events they will tell you all you need to know regarding shots, vaccinations e.t.c. Or just Google it.
