Horrible!! RUDE front office staff that speak to you like you're beneath them. They need more maintenance workers. It takes forever for them to fix things and then they just put a bandaid on the problems. Water damage in ceiling just gets painted over. They don't actually check for a real problem such as leaks or anything. They pay landscaping to cut the grass but they don't cut the overgrown bushes in front of apartment. Vines growing up the building they've been asked several times to cut it and still nothing. Be late to pay that rent and they will be sure to reach out to you then but can't fix things in a timely manner. All they care about is that rent and not about what the units look like on the inside or outside
