Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered a wings & things with boneless wings, fries and chicken fingers. Along side with the near loaded fries. When asked what sauce i wanted i said ranch, at the window i asked for ranch again. They did not give it to me, workers seemed to have had an attitude and or was to busy to attend to my request. Boneless wings also were not tossed correctly, POORLY MADE. I am upset with my order!!

I vote 5 stars bc times are tough. And it's really what you'd expect from Zaxby's But jeez the drive thru is forever. But I get it. It's not mcdonalds. Inflation has killed our finances, and we went to Zaxby's the other day and spent just as much on 2 meals as you would in a resteraunt. Should of just gone on a date. On top of it all, we spent more than we should on fast food, to not even get proper sauces. You know... Like marinera for our cheese bites. The line was so long, we didn't go back into get it. Or the ranch we requested. But truly, I do understand how busy y'all are. But it does suck for us too. Money is tight.

The let us wait for 15 minutes before telling us that the cashier was broken, and we would have to go wait in the drive through. They refused to take our order at the counter or allow us to the front of the drive through despite our lengthy wait. A complete waste of time. An unfortunate situation that was made much worse my poor communication and a lack of courtesy. Needless to say, we did not order food since 15 minutes had passed and our time was already wasted. The drive through line was also ridiculously long.
