We ordered online through the app and picked up at this drive thru location. My coffee was wrong, so I politely asked the girl behind the counter (with long red hair) to remake my coffee the way I initially ordered it. She rolled her eyes and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had a demeaning tone of voice and acted as if I was in the wrong somehow. I will not be returning to this location if she is working. That was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the rest of the staff was delightful and very friendly/welcoming. But she sucks big time.

Sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes! Unable to get out of the line because once you're in that line you are stuck! Really disappointed when I asked for a bowtie pastry and was told they were out. Total bummer... the employees were nice though..

Doughnuts taste like freezer burn, terrible customer service and they never have Doughnuts i want available. Tried this location 3 times, epic fail each time. Today I received hard dry munchkins with hair. Ill drive a little further for better quality.

Only been here once because it is new and it was great. Most Dunkin’ Donuts have a reputation for having non fresh donuts. But the one time I went to this store it was great and had fresh donuts. I have heard that the coffee is good. The store is very clean but I mean it’s new so we will see if it stays clean. They have good workers there to. I recommend this to anyone who likes a good donut.
