Outstanding customer service and support all around. I have had guitars set up there and they come back perfectly. I just stopped in there today to buy a guitar and the service could not have been better. They were willing to work with me on the price and I was able to walk out the door with what I wanted at a far more competitive price than the big box store down the street. It was also set up really well right off the wall so I could actually give it a fair audition. Old school service and friendliness in the best possible way. They have made me a customer for life and I’m buying my next amplifier and pedals from there.
