Very nice staff, clean and no problems except their ridiculous rule that if you drop off your pet before 11am on the day you are boarding overnight at full prices you must pay an additional $20.00! Of you arrive at 10:40am or 7am $20.00. What is their cost for at worst 4 hours....none! 20 minutes before 11am $20.00. Owner emailed "rule stands" you decide. With that policy they get an additional overnights income and pet is away from home an additional night. Early flight....you pay!

Good afternoon Cindi, Our boarding facility is for canine guests only, unfortunately we cannot accommodate exotic pets.

It depends on the severity of the matting. Some matts can be combed out using a special dematting shampoo and conditioner, others that are too tight and cannot be combed out without hurting the animal during the process would need to be shaved out. Unfortunately matting that is very close to the skin, though not likely, COULD result in nicks/cuts. We suggest setting up a consultation with one of the groomers and when they can see the condition in person they'll be able to give you a better game plan on what your options are. Pricing depends on the breed and then any extra care would be an additional price ex. $10 for specialty shampoos/dematting etc.
