Food great never have i ever gotten my food cold or mistaken. I would have gave a 5 star review if the employees were a bit more welcoming and respectful there alway so unhappy the customers service definitely need to improve

I was so hungry & had 2 meet someone so I stopped at Carl's Jr. & ordered My favorite little burger 🍔 Famous Star with No onions & extra mustard & pickles & it was hot & fresh & the lettuce was fresh & onion rings just made!!! I was in heaven & they have Hot Cinnamon Rolls so I bought 1 for My friend!!!! Great lunch!!! The server was fast & polite and courteous !!! I'll be going there again!!!

I understand charging for a cup if you're not buying anything but charging for a water cup when you're buying a burger or a kids meal makes no since.
