Everything was great as far as the rental was concerned. Aaron offered excellent customer service. He was thorough in his explanation of the rental process and tried to accommodate us with a larger vehicle when I explained it was a family trip. He also explained the check in process and things were seamless. I also appreciated the lighting in the parking lot as I left my personal vehicle on location. The car was definitely safe. We will be renting from this location again.

very bad service not recommended for rental since the cars you have available are always dirty and they are not cleaned and they make you extra charges without having used the car they are only interested in the money not the customer 👎🏾 I hope they change their protocol because otherwise they will to lose all the clients except those that you tell them to give them a review 👊🏾 and I speak from the experience that happened and that it is worth having good customer service if what has to look good is the car that the customer is going to use.

I have been renting at this location for several years now and never had this experience before. When I went to pick up the car. The car was disgusting very dirty. Ofcourse I did not take the car in those conditions. They took it to clean it and took about and hour to give it back. When I went in the car the car was still dirty in the ceiling. I had to take it because I had to leave. I received a call Monday from Jason asking for an extension and I said no the car will be returned today Monday 17th by 11pm. Jason said he will give me a call back when he spoke to his manager and I never received the call back. And an extra day was added to my bill.
