The lines are horrible, which if it was just demand that would be one thing… but I often see people who don’t know how to use the pump and there seems to be no one around to help them or keep the line moving.

As Costco loyalists, we frequent Costco gas stations. It's typically at least 10-20 cents cheaper than others around it. This isn't our normal Costco, but when we're in the area we'll stop here. If you come during prime time (weekends around lunch/afternoons), there will be really long lines. It's well organized though. Traffic can only go one way. Their hoses stretch so you can pull up to either side of the pump. I wish you didn't have to drive through the Costco parking lot to get to the gas station though. If the lines are long and you're with someone else, consider having them go in and start shopping while you wait for gas. If you don't go on the weekend later in the day, it won't be crowded though. They're also open earlier/later than the warehouse is.
