Verdant at Green Valley Luxury Apartments

I moved into Verdant in May 2022. We chose this apartment because of recommendations from family and friends who lived at Verdant for a few years. So far, It has been a great experience. Since we moved in, we've met Christina and Lily from the leasing office and they are both knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. I've also had to call maintenance to replace minor things and they come within the hour, even for low-priority things (super nice as well). We appreciate the friendliness and the sense of community among the staff and neighbors. They host potlucks, ice cream days, and neighborhood watch meetings to keep us all connected and safe. I wanted to write a review because I recently lost my AirPod Pros at the gym and someone turned it in (shocking..I know)! During my apartment search, I researched about 7 different apartments within a 20-mile radius, and compared pricing, sq-footage, floor plans, amenities, safeness, etc., and even though it is a little pricey it has been worth it.

Christina and team at Verdant have been a pleasure to work with. The Verdant team is very helpful, accommodating, and very communicative. The amenities are great and kept clean. Maintenance is on top of it and will service your request within a couple hours max. Everyone we’ve met living here has been nice/ friendly. My family and I have been very happy since moving here. This is a smoke free environment that regularly has problems with cigarette and marijuana smoke that the community director does not deal with. The grounds are not well kept, animal feces and trash not cleaned up. I lived here for 3 years and was not given my deposit back upon move out. Instead I was charged my final month's rent and utilities twice. Management stopped responding to my emails and wouldn't take my calls. Just know that if you live here, you will not get your deposit back when you move out.

The Verdant apartments is one of the newest and luxurious apartments in Fairfield. The Verdant has great amenities. The great room is nicely decorated and spacious. My apartment is painted in a neutral color which makes it easy to pair your already existing decor with. The property manager Christina G is very accommodating and expedient when needing something resolved, she is on top of it. She is very informative and take initiative in helping out where she can.
