Lovely Gem

First off I want to preface this review by saying that I am utterly satisfied that I called ServPro and with their remarkable provided services!! On Friday, our home flooded the first time, but my mother and I mopped an cleaned it up the first time. Then it happened again on Saturday night, October 15th, 2022! So, at 10:30pm, I called ServPro. They they came out with a skeleton crew of two by 11:30pm with no complaints. They immediately got to work an stayed till about 3:00am!! On Sunday morning, Martin, the team lead, returned with a larger crew an continued work immediately. They returned every morning since, moving furniture, bagging up wet valuables, then moving to the dry back room for us to later take care of. Then boxing up dry valuables, then also moving to the dry back room. Everything is sorted an in their own place in the dry back room and out of the way from the area that flooded. They diligently ripped out all the wet carpet, drywall, trim, etc. They took care of everything!! We didn't have to lift a finger. This work is NOT easy whatsoever to say the least! Martin an each of his crew members have been the epitome of professionalism, expeditious, courteous, genuinely kind, knowledgeable in this profession, ridiculously hardworking, and respectful of all our belongings, furniture, home, and property. Martin has explained everything along the way during each day, of what and why. He's also given options when we move forward when the renovations begin. We are at that point now. I am waiting for the next communications to take the next steps to begin the renovations. Martin explained to me he will still be in contact with me throughout this process so I find this calming. I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about this experience, service and work they are doing here after this horrible disaster. And believe me, it was immensely BAD! Everything has to be ripped out an restored. This will need to be a huge renovation! The members that definitely need to be recognized are as follows: Martin is the team lead, an the rest are in alphabetical order... Aaron, Andres, Briana, Gabriel and Maribel. These employees are all phenomenal at what they do. They have been honest to God busting their backs cleaning up the incredible damage that was caused by the water. I duly commend each of them for their extreme hard work and service to my mother an I. I am absolutely truly beyond grateful, thankful an humbled for their help. We recently had Servpro work on our home. They were absolutely excellent. Their team was lead by Benjamin McCawley. Ben was terrific. Extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally professional, punctual; I could not say enough about him and his work. Servpro management if you’re listening you’re not paying Ben enough! He couldn’t be more of an asset to your company. Ben’s team was also exceptional. Polite, real hard workers, cleaned up as work progressed; just an exceptional group of people in every way. Couldn’t have found a better group of folks to work with than Ben and his coworkers.

Jacob and their team came to do the air duct cleaning . They showed up on time and always called before to make sure it was okay to come over to work. Would definitely recommend him and his team to friends and family. I couldn’t of asked for such a professional company. They respected your house and always knocked before walking in a room , making sure it was okay. They explained everything that they were going to do prior and walked in with footies.
