Says they're open till 3am. I placed an order before 2, showed up at 2:15 (after they charged my card) to find them closed. Triee calling, also getting a message saying they're closed (ironically after 3am). Wasted trip. Very frustrating.

I can not attest to the practices in the physical store, I can say the delivery person was in fact wearing a mask
there's absolutely no gelatin and any product or by-product that they sell or make including desserts.
