I brought in my 5.5 inch Enso utility knife that dulled out on me because its a soft steel(high carbon). I got a little chip in my knife because I hit a bone while cutting up a chicken breast one time and they were able to get my knife back to 100%. I really recommend them to get your knife sharpened. It was really cheap and fast too and my knife was razor sharp again. Thanks Bianco Bros. I will probably be back when my knife dulls on me again for a quick sharpen.

This is the second time I’ve used Bianca Brothers for my dog grooming shears , I travel from NJ to Brooklyn because they do an excellent job. In addition u drop off and pick up same day . Totally worth the trip , there is a reason why they have been in business for such a long time !!!

Google Reviews brought me to this place, and I'm here again to offer my own experience. Customer service and courtesy are lacking these days. But Bianco Brothers still offer it! These gentlemen were police, quick, thorough, and caring in the brief time I was there. I was so impressed that I purchased a pair of kitchen shears at a criminally low price... And while we're talking about money, their fees are reasonable. They even offered coffee while I waited to have my knives sharpened... Who does that these days?
