The answer is usually we do, but occasionally a door may require a specialist lock, part or lock mechanism which might not be stocked on the van. We would say 90% off the time we would be carrying all the parts required to fix / replace the lock. If we have to make a second visit to your property to finish fixing a lock we only charge a single call out charge, no charge would apply to the 2nd visit.
