I called early on and asked about parts for my topper, they had everything i needed and the lady sitting behind the desk came out just to install it for me when she could of had her techs do it, great service

Yes, but not satisfied truck bed let water in.

Have called them and phone is disconnected. Are you still in business? Have used you a couple times over the years and I am didsapointed I cant contact you.

They are still in business. I know they were having phone connection issues about a month ago, but their phones are back up and running now.
