Wexler was helpful with the FMLA first time round. When it came time for renewal they told me I couldn’t renew it then I could. When it comes to scheduling to run molds on machines they are not organized, lifts are constantly in disrepair. Turn over rate is high no raises , they want you to work 6 days a week. No respect for employees all they care about is EEOE. When you lose the HR manager and somebody who is not qualified to do so runs it that’s a fiasco waiting to happen , that’s what did with me and my FMLA. Was supposed to help my wife, so much for that.. Rudi went back on his word what I was supposed to be doing job wise. More organization, raises for the employees and managers and CTO need to worry less about there bonuses. Maybe some day they will get it right as of now it’s doubtful.

The people were nice the two days I worked before quitting. My problem was no ventilation. There were fans, but the material handlers blocked the air by placing pallets in the way. This made it unbearable. The material handlers are unsafe when pulling pallets from safe zone. Which can cause injury to the person that has there back turned away while working in the safe area. You received a lunch break, but worked 15 minutes over to replace the time for lunch. No in between break. Last but not least I didn’t receive pay for the two days I worked there. Tried to speak to someone, but my call wasn’t returned and the second time I was sent voicemail.

Currently, starting machine operators usually start at 12$ an hour, but it varies.
