Great....Lots of parking...helpful staff...free jumps....lots of shops in the station, along with all the buses and trains. To get to the garage, go to 101 H Street NE, instead of the physical address of 30 Massachusetts.

Horrible experience. Avoid this lot if possible. My ticket showed an error message and the help center took almost 10 minutes to answer. They then charged me for an additional hour because I entered at 5:07 and exited at 7:07 as I was waiting for them to answer. Somehow, they counted that as 2 hours and 1 minute and charged me for 3 hours. The person at the help center line wouldn’t help. I will dispute the charge on my card. Shameless thieves.
