It was going smooth sailing until I got my vehicle. The price was good but they somehow lost my signed documents that were with the person that delivered my vehicle. The vehicle had more damage than was advertised, I had just gotten the vehicle and discovered it has an oil leak. Also needed to get the oil changed. I've not had it even 30 days yet..... I heard good things about CarMax from others. I think that the least they could do is at least have the basics covered on every vehicle they sell.... My car was disgusting when it was delivered. There was food residue gunk inside the console and edges of the cup holder. They could have done a better job at cleaning it.....
